“It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.”

“Unfortunately, our stay was rather disappointing and fell short of the expectations created by the hotel's website and photographs. On arrival, the reception staff were friendly, cheerful and welcoming. However, the first thing I noticed was the amount of dust and crumbs covering the reception desk, telephone and computer; not the best first impression when checking into a hotel! Things didn't improve much as we made our way to our room on the third floor. The hallway carpet was badly stained……

“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. Staff service and……

“The 2-bed room is next to a busy road. Very noisy! But the bed is good”

“Although the hotel lobby area is being renovated everything else was Excellent. When I arrived a little early, the front desk staff, David, greeted me in a friendly, welcoming, professional way. He offered to allow me to check in early. The public areas as well as my sleeping room was clean and fresh. The bed and pillows - excellent - very comfortable. A hotel team member who walked by the dining area extended her assistance in helping me and my two friends get hot war for tea. While my stay……

“I got an old, dirty and smelly room. But the front desk service and the restaurant are not bad.”

“Comfortable beds and spacious room!!”

“Good”

“Too many kids and dogs! Dog hair in the elevator and waiting area. Where went to check in no one was at the desk for 10 minutes. I was calling the hotel when they finally showed up. That was the evening girl. The morning check out guy seemed uninterested. The food area was a mess due to so many kids dropping stuff on the floor. Just overall not a pleasant stay for the money.”

“前台服务周到，客房宽敞整洁”
